Women's fly fishing camp

Kuhmo rapids and Lentiira Holiday Village offer a wonderful setting for summer 2023´s fly fishing camps. In addition to guidance and teaching, the camps include rapids´ fishing permits, accommodation in 4-person cabins with full board (breakfast, picnic lunch by retkiruoat.fi, dinner) and the possibility of a smoke sauna.
For an additional fee, you can book your own small cabin (+90€/night) or a medium-sized cabin (+120€/night).

The topics of all the camps are effective nymph fishing and, depending on the situation, surface fly fishing and streamer fishing. If necessary, we will also go over various stream fly fishing equipment, flies, indicators, safe wading in rapids, fishing techniques and rapid reading.
In Kuhmo Special Rapids I and II -camps, we fish special fishing sites with special restrictions, e.g. Kaarneenkoski. On these rapids, both grayling and trout records are really in danger! Due to great popularity, we opened the Special Rapids II camp for sale on June 16-19, 2023. The maximum number of participants on these three-day camps is 8 people, so you better be quick! The price of the a Special Rapids camp is €738 (incl. VAT).

At the women's fly fishing camp you get to learn fly fishing with women company. During the two-day camp, we get to know e.g.Pajakka- ja Änättikoski rapids. In the rapids, there are really prosperous graylings, big trouts, and maybe even a two-kilo ice can caught at the end of the line! We accept a maximum of 5 participants for this camp. The price of the women's fly fishing camp is €470 (incl. VAT).

Iijoki fly fishing camp
26–29 June 2023
Last year's novelty camp turned out to be so good that we wanted to offer it also this yearl. At Iijoki fly fishing camp, we fish 20 km long fishing area at river Iijoki between the village of Jokijärvi and the town of Taivalkoski. Iijoki's beautiful landscapes, good grayling population and versatile rapid areas are worth experiencing.

The price of the camp, €419, includes, in addition to fly fishing guidance and teaching, delicious field lunches (retkiruoat.fi) and rapid fishing permits. We accept a maximum of 8 participants for this camp.
Our accommodation partner works in Taivalkosk iRuska Bed & Breakfast, whose comfortable apartment hotel offers our customers 2-3 person rooms with breakfast and evening sauna.

Delicious picnic lunches for fishing days are offered by retkiruoat.fi . Now you can enjoy the delicious flavors of French cuisine while fishing! You should also buy these for your own adventures.
Unfortunately it´s not possible to fish all the time, so after a day in the river, you can lay down on your bed to read a quality fly fishing magazine, Pohjolan Perhokalastaja. We provide the participants complimentary magazines at the lodge, without forgetting the good subscription deal!
